This is a photo that was taken in one of my school accounts where the establishment has seen fit to dump cereal into the toilets from 5-gallon collection buckets they use in the classroom to dispose of the uneaten cereal they feed to the students. Of course this is a bad idea, and the school in question has developed roaches as a result.
